Lee Luedtke is a third-generation realtor on Long Beach Island who combines his passion for the industry with his magnitude of local knowledge. His business is built on generations of real estate experience, consistent client communication, and determination to meet all client needs. Lee has been licensed since the age of 18, graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Marketing, and previously sold commercial real estate in Philadelphia.

Since his return to the family firm, Lee has become the top producing agent on LBI’s prestigious North End. He works around the clock to bring together high-end residential sales for his clients - buyers and sellers from across the country.

Lee, his wife Victoria & their two children live on the waterfront in High Bar Harbor.  He enjoys giving clients the unique experience of seeing homes by boat.

What’s your favorite restaurant on the Island?
Harvey Cedars Shellfish Company - the Buffalo Tuna is a must-try while you’re on Long Beach Island. My kids also love the Chowder Fries.

What’s your favorite thing to do on LBI?
Fishing the Barnegat Inlet, the Barnegat Bay, the front beaches, and offshore - targeting striped bass, bluefish, fluke, yellowfin tuna in the summer, and bluefin tuna in the fall.

What’s your most cherished memory on LBI?
Walking my kids through Barnegat Lighthouse State Park - teaching them about the lighthouse, the inlet, and the ecosystem that defines Long Beach Island. Walking the jetty out to the beach is a core memory from my childhood, and sharing that with my kids while watching the local boats come through the inlet is hard to beat.
