Starting a snow removal company at the age of 10 and a cleaning service at 15, Michael is a born entrepreneur.

Putting together his first real estate deal while attending The University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, Michael saw his future in real estate. He has since developed a vast knowledge of state and local zoning and building codes, architectural design, and an intricate knowledge of the LBI Real Estate Market.

Michael continues to learn something new from each of his many projects and experiences. He is pursuing his dreams in real estate at Ziman Development.
