As the daughter of a real estate attorney and the granddaughter of a Beach Haven developer, LBI real estate has always been an integral part of Stephanie's life. Some of her fondest childhood memories involve growing up right here on the beaches of LBI. From scooping ice cream in Bay Village to coaching soccer camp at Sunset Park, Steph's love and knowledge of the Island runs through her veins.

After graduating from Rutgers University - New Brunswick in 2016 with a degree in strategic communications and planning, Stephanie embarked on a successful pharmaceutical sales career. Combining her expertise in sales with incredible understanding of the island, Steph joined Joy Luedtke Real Estate in 2024.

Steph now resides in Barnegat Light with her husband, Russell, and their one year old son, Anthony. As a family, they enjoy walking the dogs on the beach and day trips to the south side!

What’s your favorite restaurant on the Island?

It's hard to just pick one but Kubels in Barnegat Light is a go-to for me and my family.  I love its old-school LBI atmosphere and it’s the perfect place to watch the sunset if you can grab an outside table. 

What’s your favorite thing to do on LBI?

Letting my 2 year old son "lead the way" on our morning walks up and down the beach as he collects seashells and jumps the waves.

What’s your most cherished memory on LBI?

Riding bikes with my dad every Friday night from our house on Coral Street to Holiday Snack Bar for a slam burger and a piece of their famous chocolate cake!
